			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This film follows the story of Algerian immigrant <a href="http://freehicham.co.uk/" target="_blank">Hicham Yezza</a>. Hicham was arrested in the summer of 2008 by the Home Office, under suspicions of having been involved in a <a href="http://bit.ly/b3D0tu" target="_blank">terror crime</a>. Hicham was threatened with deportation and detained for several weeks in an immigration detention facility. To this day, there is no evidence of his having committed a crime that falls under the Terrorism Act.<br />
<a href="http://reelthoughtfilms.com/leave-to-remain-2/" target="_blank">&#8220;Leave To Remain&#8221;</a> is Tamara&#8217;s first documentary film. It was broadcast internationally on Orbit News Network in March 2009.</p>
